智通财经APP讯，叶氏化工集团(00408)发布公告，预期集团2026年中期的纯利将较截至2025年6月叁30止六个月的纯利约6600万港元增长不少于110%，即不少于13860万港元。
2026年中期纯利预期大幅增长主要归因于下列因素：1)由于溶剂产品售价飙升及成功把握该市场机遇，集团溶剂联营公司业务于2026年中期录得纯利显著增长;2)于2026年中期，集团油墨业务持续于扩大市场份额取得进展，销售额及吨数均实现增长，油墨业务分类溢利较2025年中期因而有所提升;3)继于2025年十二月完成收购一间中国内地领先的化学气体回收及治理企业-北京信诺海博石化科技发展有限公司的约60%股权后，信诺海博的财务业绩于2026年中期合并入集团内;以及上述纯利增长因下列情况而被部分抵销：4)于2025年中期录得出售上海金山闲置土地之非经常性收益。
