【小鹏XPENG获海外驰名商标认定】记者20日获悉，小鹏集团“XPENG”商标最新获印尼最高法院驰名商标认定。今年4月，印尼最高法院就广州小鹏汽车诉自然人抢注“XPENG”商标案作出终审判决，撤销相关抢注商标。印尼最高法院综合考量“XPENG”在多个市场的商标注册情况、品牌推广、公众认知及既往维权实践，确认其已具备较高国际知名度。随着中国汽车品牌加速全球化布局，海外知识产权保护成为企业国际化发展的重要一环。
