　　7月19日，交通银行在2026年世界人工智能大会“数智金融 协同共创：AI+金融助力谱写高质量发展新篇章”论坛上正式发布“交银e监管2.0”平台。

　　交行紧跟AI技术发展脉搏，聚焦客户痛点与场景需求，在2024年推出“交银e监管1.0”平台，实现业务全流程线上化，并有效降低监督成本的基础上，迭代升级推出“交银e监管2.0”平台，实现三大智能化升级。

　　打造跨银行资金监管新范式。以项目预算为核心串联各监管银行业务流程，明晰多方权责关系，实现监管规则一体化动态配置，在工程施工领域跨行资金监管场景落地，实现核心业务环节闭环监管。

　　构建数字人民币应用新生态。将监管规则转化为数字人民币智能合约，资金满足条件自动执行、直达末端、高效追溯，弥补传统监管工具时效性与穿透力短板，在连环债清偿等场景取得应用突破。

　　探索智能风险管理新模式。运用多模态识别技术，开展多维数据比对，实现资金异常拨付、进度偏离等风险自动识别、实时预警，推动监管模式从“事后核查”向“事前预警、事中纠偏”转变。

　　展望未来，交行将持续以AI技术为驱动，对接内外部优质数据，整合跨境等多场景服务需求，探索资金一体化、全流程智能监管。
