智通财经APP讯，宝色股份(300402.SZ)发布公告，公司拟在南京江宁滨江经济开发区投资建设“宝色高端超限装备智能制造项目”，并与南京江宁滨江经济开发区管理委员会签订《项目投资协议书》。项目总投资额为9.7亿元，占地面积约176亩，总建筑面积约6.87万平方米。项目建设内容涵盖土建工程、配套公用设施，以及生产设备采购和安装等;建设周期为36个月;项目达产年预计形成年产2.5万吨大型非标装备的生产能力。
借助此次项目建设，公司将新增一批自动化、智能化生产设备，促进传统制造工艺与工业信息化、智能化技术深度融合，围绕数字化设计、智能排产调度、远程设备监控、企业信息化管理、网络化服务等维度统筹建设，有序推进智能工厂落地。项目投产后将全面增强公司智能制造实力，塑造新核心竞争优势，实现生产提质增效，为企业产业转型升级筑牢根基。
