智通财经APP讯，升辉清洁(02521)发布公告，于2026年7月17日，公司与寒树资本(北京)有限公司(寒树资本)订立一份无法律约束力的合作意向框架协议，内容有关：
(i)成立并购基金，旨在收购中国水环境集团有限公司(中国水环境)的股权;(ii)成立合资公司(合资公司 A)，旨在合作进行人工智能驱动智能水务管理及运营项目，共同为寒树资本提供的水资源项目提供智能供水管理解决方案以及优质饮用水解决方案;及(iii)成立合资公司(合资公司B)，旨在开发水及饮料类别的自主品牌产品线(将包括瓶装水、冰镇饮料及直饮水)，并拓展至相关市场。该基金、合资公司A及合资公司B的成立详情将由订约方进一步磋商，并将于公司与寒树资本其后订立的正式协议中列明。
寒树资本为一家于中国成立的公司，主要从事投资管理、投资咨询及资产管理。中国水环境为一家于中国成立的公司，主要从事水环境及资源循环利用。
