肿瘤药物研发公司Erasca， Inc．（纳斯达克代码：ERAS）因在其主打候选药物ERAS-0015的临床前数据对比中涉嫌误导投资者，正面临证券欺诈集体诉讼。投资者申请担任首席原告的截止日期为2026年8月10日。

　　诉讼源于2026年4月27日至28日连续披露的两项重大利空。4月27日，公司披露已收到竞争对手Revolution Medicines的律师函，指控ERAS-0015侵犯其专利（美国专利号12，409，225），并声称Erasca在公开披露中对ERAS-0015与RevMed药物RMC-6236的临床前数据进行了“不当比较”，涉及商业秘密盗用。同日收盘后，公司公布ERAS-0015的初步1期临床数据，披露一名接受24毫克剂量治疗的患者在用药约一个月后，因肺炎进展至5级不良事件而死亡。公司承认，ERAS-0015与其他候选产品的比较“并非基于任何头对头临床试验”，且此类比较“存在固有局限性”。

　　受上述消息影响，股价在两日内从4月24日的21.49美元暴跌至4月28日收盘的9.90美元，累计跌幅约54%，市值蒸发约28亿美元。

　　诉状指控称，在2025年1月14日至2026年4月26日的集体诉讼期间，Erasca及其高管将ERAS-0015吹捧为具有所谓优越临床前结果的潜在“同类最佳”疗法，却未披露这些对比缺乏合理依据且使公司面临专利和商业秘密纠纷风险。
