Csquare started trading on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday, with shares hitting $20.41 around midday.
The data center operator said it was selling 50 million shares at $21 apiece for its initial public offering, giving the company a $3.25 billion market capitalization.
The IPO, which is set to close Friday, is expected to bring in $1.05 billion in gross proceeds, or $1.21 billion if underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full.
Square plans to use the proceeds to repay some of its debt and cover the expenses related to going public.
Csquare is trading under the ticker symbol CSQR.
