Merida Industry's Chief Information Security Officer Resigns

Bicycle manufacturer Merida Industry's (TPE:9914) chief information security officer, Tseng Shang-Yuan, has resigned from the company, effective Friday, citing personal career planning, according to a same-day filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.

Vice President Liu Ming-Gen will temporarily take over the duties of the chief information security officer until the board appoints Shang-Yuan's replacement.
