智通财经APP获悉，中国长白山国际(00989)跌超44%，截至发稿，跌41.33%，报0.44港元，成交额89.87万港元。
消息面上，7月15日，中国长白山国际及要约人广泽集团(香港)有限公司联合公布，于2026年7月15日，广泽集团香港与公司订立重组框架协议，据此，公司将实施建议重组，当中涉及(其中包括)认购事项；及该计划。
受限于认购协议的条款及条件，且取决于融资协议项下全部金额3900万港元的提取，广泽集团香港须按总认购价3900万港元认购合共2.6亿股认购股份，每股认购股份0.15港元，该款项须透过动用广泽集团香港根据融资协议垫付及将予垫付的所有款项悉数支付，认购价按等额基准全数拨作缴足股本的认购股份。
公告称，考虑到公司面临严重流动资金短缺及严重财务压力，其偿还所有到期债务的能力已受到严重损害，且公司并无足够财务资源应付其所有到期负债。鉴于广泽集团香港愿意为集团提供资金以减免公司债务及支持集团的业务营运，董事认为订立重组框架协议及认购协议将促进集团的债务重组，且有利于集团开展其债务重组计划。
