7月8日，国际货币基金组织（IMF）发布《世界经济展望报告》更新内容，小幅下调今年世界经济增长预期。IMF预计，2026年世界经济将增长3%，比4月预测值低0.1个百分点。IMF表示，此次下调反映了中东战事带来的冲击，但得益于人工智能的发展和应用，全球科技领域由需求驱动的增长正在加速，部分抵消了战事负面影响。在世界经济增长预期整体下调的背景下，IMF在本次报告中上调了中国预期经济增速0.2个百分点至4.6%。

　　本次IMF经济展望更新呈现出全球增长预期下修、中国增速预期上调的反差，体现出全球经济增长动能分化。全球经济增速下调一方面是由于中东地缘冲突造成国际原油价格大幅上涨，抬升全球通胀压力；另一方面，关税战和出口管制等贸易保护主义措施导致贸易碎片化，损害全球产出并进一步推高物价；此外，通胀粘性延缓货币政策宽松节奏，高利率环境抑制企业投资与居民消费。中国经济逆势上调主要基于高技术制造业表现亮眼及相关出口强劲，2026年上半年中国GDP同比增长4.7%，贸易顺差超5000亿美元，出口结构持续优化，机电产品和高技术产品出口规模占比稳步提升。在全球经济因冲突和通胀问题而承压时，本次上调中国经济增速反映出国际权威机构对中国经济转型与增长韧性的认可。
