消息面上，7月14日，东江环保发布公告，2026年1月1日至2026年6月30日(报告期)预计录得净亏损。预计报告期归属于上市公司股东的净亏损人民币2.5亿元–人民币2.7亿元，比上年同期减亏2.94%-10.13%；扣除非经常性损益后的净亏损人民币2.5亿元–人民币2.7亿元，比上年同期减亏7.64%-14.48%。
需要注意的是，近期，东江环保对股价变动、产能过剩以及业务转型不及预期等相关问题回应称，危废处置板块跨越区域比较大，相关下属子公司就有几十家，目前行业处于竞争白热化的状态，公司也提醒了相关风险；对于贵金属回收业务，和贵金属价格的绝对值关系不大，主要看价差；公司主体信用评级及相关债券评级下调可能会影响公司形象，在开展业务及银行贷款时是否会有影响，要看具体情况，以公司公告为准。
