　　花旗发布研报称，永达汽车（03669）与弘信电子（300657.SZ）订立战略合作框架协议，正式进军具身智能领域。同时，弘信电子的关联公司计划以每股0.825港元认购永达汽车7，316万股新股，占扩大后股本的3.85%，募集资金总额为6，036万港元，拟用于具身智能商业化的初期部署。该行对此持整体正面看法，认为这可能为永达汽车带来第二增长引擎。该行维持永达汽车“买入”评级，续予目标价1.65港元。
