万励达（08482）发布公告，于2026年7月16日，公司拟向认购人（公司行政总裁、执行董事兼董事会主席吕克宜先生）配发及发行4492.2万股认购股份，相当于本公告日期公司现有已发行股本约25%；及紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约20%。认购价为每股认购股份0.104港元，认购事项的所得款项总额将约为467万港元，所得款项净额估计约为455万港元，拟用作以下用途：（i）约300万港元用于为支援物流路线扩展而增加的营运人员薪酬支出；（ii）约155万港元用于补充营运资金及一般业务运作。
