智通财经APP获悉，龙翼航空科技(00918)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.99%，报1.77港元，成交额1115.78万港元。
消息面上，7月16日，龙翼航空科技发布公告，本公司董事会接获Always Profit Development Limited(卖方，一间由张金兵先生全资拥有的公司)通知，其已于2026年7月16日(交易时段前)订立股份买卖协议。根据该协议，卖方同意向SBI CHINA FUND LP(买方)出售本公司3亿股普通股，该等股份占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约26.93%，每股出售股份作价1港元。
公告称，紧接出售事项完成前，卖方持有本公司5.27亿股股份，占本公司已发行股本总额的48.43%，且为本公司的控股股东(定义见上市规则)。假设于出售事项完成前本公司已发行股份数目并无变动，紧随出售事项完成后，卖方所持本公司股份数目将减少至2.27亿股，占本公司已发行股本总额的20.40%。
