智通财经APP讯，培力农本方(01498)发布公告，陈焯墁女士由于需要投入更多时间于彼之其他商业承诺和工作安排，故此已辞任公司的公司秘书，并不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条规定的公司授权代表，及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部规定代表公司于香港接收送达法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(统称“授权代表”)，自2026年7月18日起生效。
朱沛祺先生已获委任接替陈焯墁女士出任公司秘书及授权代表，自2026年7月18日起生效。
