ChainCatcher 消息，日本监管机构正在推进数字资产投资法律框架调整，现货比特币 ETF 最早可能于 2028 年获准上市，但时间表仍取决于监管、产品审查及税制改革进展。
日本国会 7 月 15 日批准将比特币及约 105 种其他加密资产从《支付服务法》框架转入《金融工具与交易法》，为相关基金在东京证券交易所上市移除一项主要法律障碍。SBI Holdings 和 Nomura 等日本大型金融集团正在筹备数字资产产品。日本还计划将加密资产税制从最高 55% 的杂项所得税，调整为约 20.315% 的单独申报税制。
