7月21日，现代牧业早盘涨超7%，截至发稿，涨6.96%，报1.23港元，成交额628.95万港元。
消息面上，现代牧业公告，收购中国圣牧要约达成无条件。叠加原有持股及本次接纳股份，现代牧业及其一致行动人持有中国圣牧绝大部分股份。交易落地后，集团整体奶牛存栏规模突破61万头，原奶年产能超400万吨，特色有机奶占比提升至20%以上。
中泰证券指出，年初地缘政治导致原油价格上升，大宗商品、饲料等价格随之上涨，牧场养殖成本提升有望加速存栏去化，同时深加工产能持续提升，带动原奶需求量提升，供需平衡或将改善，我们预计年内奶价有望迎来拐点，牧场业绩有望改善，低温奶及深加工奶酪产品表现或将优于乳制品大盘，建议重点关注现代牧业。
