Moog (MOG.A, MOG.B) signed a deal to extend the exclusive distribution rights of Taiwan's Aerospace Industrial Development, or AIDC, for Moog's military aircraft products in Taiwan through 2031, according to a Tuesday statement.

AIDC will also continue coordinating sales and aftermarket support in Taiwan, and the partners also agreed to explore additional collaboration opportunities in the future, Moog said.

Separately, Sahar Group was selected to deliver a modernized fleet of UH-60L Black Hawk helicopters featuring Moog's Genesys Avionics Suite and 4-axis autopilot system to the Portuguese Army, Moog added.

Deliveries are expected to start in autumn 2026 and extend through 2028, the company added.

No financial details were disclosed for the two transactions.
