　　北京时间21日晚，美股开盘后，费城半导体指数大涨4.50%。截至发稿，美光科技股价上涨8%，英特尔、迈威尔科技、超威半导体上涨超5%，德州仪器、台积电、阿斯麦上涨超3%，英伟达、高通上涨超1%。

　　另外，SK海力士股价上涨超7%，闪迪涨超8%。
