全球黄金矿业公司AngloGold Ashanti plc （NYSE： AU； JSE： ANG） 宣布，在7月23日举行的股东大会上，关于授权进行场外股票回购的议案获得通过。

　　根据公司此前公布的计划，这项回购方案规模最高可达20亿美元。会议投票结果显示，共有269，206，760股（占66.08%）投赞成票，138，172，636股（占33.92%）投反对票，另有43，230股投票被保留。以公司截至6月26日股权登记日的505，746，148股总股本计算，投票率超过80%。

　　这项股票回购计划是公司资本配置战略的一部分。此前发布的2026财年第一季度财报显示，公司创造了12亿美元的创纪录自由现金流，并宣布了创纪录的季度股息。公司后续将根据市场状况和资金情况决定回购的具体时间和规模。
