为持续完善居家社区养老服务体系，切实提升全市老年群体的幸福感、获得感与安全感，2026年，沧州市在中心城区打造15个集助餐、助医、助浴、助洁、助行、助急等服务的社区老年日间照料中心（站），并纳入全市十件民生实事统筹推进，全力打造“颐养狮城”养老品牌。目前，所有项目已全部建成投用，其中运河区7个、新华区6个、高新区1个、开发区1个，对接各辖区老年人口养老服务需求，补齐社区养老服务短板。
15个老年日间照料中心（站）聚焦老年群体多元化、个性化养老需求，整合优质养老服务资源，打造“一站式”养老服务平台，常态化提供丰富贴心的服务项目。核心业务涵盖日间照料、助餐助浴、康复理疗、中医推拿、上门护工、陪诊服务、心理慰藉、文化娱乐、代购代办、紧急帮扶等服务，有效打通了社区养老服务“最后一公里”。
