纽约油轮运输公司International Seaways （NYSE： INSW） 宣布，将于8月10日美股开盘前公布截至2026年6月30日的第二季度财务业绩，并于美国东部时间当日上午10时举行网络直播会议。

　　该公司是全球最大的油轮运输企业之一，运营约70艘船舶，涵盖VLCC、苏伊士型、阿芙拉型等原油轮及成品油轮，运输原油与石油制品。今年第一季度，公司业绩表现强劲：营收达3.25亿美元，同比增长77.5%；净利润2.86亿美元，合每股5.75美元，创下历史纪录，同比增长逾4倍。公司同步宣布季度股息为每股4.55美元，并确立将派息率提升至调整后净利润85%的新政策。

　　油轮市场运力持续紧张支撑了业绩增长。截至一季度末，公司流动性约9.18亿美元，净负债率低于7%。管理层表示，第二季度已锁定约45%营运天收入，日均等价期租租金超过10万美元，远低于约1.49万美元的盈亏平衡线。

　　分析师预计当季营收约4.01亿美元，每股收益约5.70美元，但不同平台预测值存在较大差异。公司近期通过出售七艘平均船龄17年的老旧船舶获得约2.16亿美元收益，同时推进船队更新，四艘LR1新造船中已有两艘于2026年交付，剩余两艘预计第三季度交付。
