7月24日金融一线消息，上海银行公告称，经中国人民银行核准，公司在全国银行间债券市场发行“上海银行股份有限公司2026年第一期金融债券”“上海银行股份有限公司2026年第一期绿色金融债券”，于2026年7月21日簿记建档，并于2026年7月23日发行完毕。

　　公司2026年第一期金融债券发行规模为人民币200亿元，为3年期固定利率品种，票面利率为1.57%。募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，用于满足公司资产负债配置需要，充实资金来源，优化负债期限结构，促进业务稳健发展。

　　公司2026年第一期绿色金融债券发行规模为人民币50亿元，为3年期固定利率品种，票面利率为1.50%。募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，用于《绿色金融支持项目目录（2025年版）》规定的绿色产业项目。
