人力资源服务及高管猎头公司Robert Half公布第二财季业绩，尽管营收和盈利均小幅超出市场预期，但股价仍下跌近7%。
财报显示，截至6月30日的第二财季，公司全球营收为13.36亿美元，同比下降2%，但高于分析师预期的13.2亿美元。当季每股收益为0.26美元，与市场预期一致，但低于去年同期的0.41美元，同比降幅约37%。
核心业务方面，人才解决方案业务调整后营收同比下降2%，但实现了连续第三个季度的环比增长，其中永久职位安置业务调整后同比增长2.5%。咨询业务Protiviti全球营收为4.71亿美元，调整后同比下降5%，主要受美国金融服务监管环境变化影响。管理层表示，Protiviti当季录得700万美元遣散费用，但相关重组措施预计每年可节省约4500万美元成本。
公司首席执行官Keith Waddell表示，招聘需求持续改善，市场环境对业务更为有利。对于第三财季，公司预计营收在13.1亿至14.1亿美元之间，每股收益为0.43至0.53美元。
