元昊动力是一家专注于第五代多模态4D世界模型基模研发的人工智能公司，由清华背景的顶尖世界模型团队创立。公司以原生4D世界代表为核心，构建覆盖动态世界重建、生成、仿真与智能体训练的统一模型体系，并率先在具身智能、自主手术、游戏影视、自动驾驶等场景中推进应用，致力于打造物理AI时代的通用世界模型基座。
本公司主要从事微创手术机器人及器械的设计、开发及制造，提供外科手术的创新解决方案。
本次投资有助于本公司布局“AI+手术机器人”的具身智能领域的应用，建立与相关技术团队的合作基础，并探索由单一手术机器人设备向具身智能手术机器人平台延伸的可能性。
董事会认为投资事项符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
