Assured Guaranty于7月21日宣布，标普全球评级已确认其保险子公司的AA财务实力评级、财务增强评级及发行人信用评级，同时确认母公司AGL的A发行人信用评级，所有评级展望均为稳定。

　　标普在7月17日发布的报告中，对Assured Guaranty的多项指标给予积极评价。评级机构指出，公司“资本和盈利状况优异”，资本充足率冗余超过标普设定的“AAA”压力测试水平，竞争地位“非常强劲”，流动性“卓越”，不存在长期重大流动性风险。在业务方面，标普强调了公司以美国公共金融市场为主的多元化全球承保策略，并指出全球结构性融资领域对国际银行和保险公司寻求监管资本减免的双边交易需求正在上升。标普认为，公司的多元化策略使其在市场条件变化时具备转向有利市场的灵活性，且管理层向非美国公共金融市场的扩张“既具战略性又审慎”。

　　Assured Guaranty总裁兼首席执行官Dominic Frederico表示，公司在美国市政债券保险领域保持领先地位，并在继续执行增长战略的同时，通过新设立的子公司Assured Life Re进入了年金再保险市场。他强调，经验丰富的管理团队对公司在战略执行中面临的风险有着深刻理解。
