利用人工智能技术提供数字化保险服务的科技保险公司Lemonade公司（纽约证券交易所代码：LMND）宣布，即日起在内布拉斯加州推出租客保险产品，该州租客可通过Lemonade的移动应用程序获取报价、购买保单、修改保单及提交理赔申请。Lemonade目前在全美已服务超过300万客户。
据公司介绍，Lemonade租客保险保费起价为每月5美元，费率比全美平均水平低约30%。超过50%的理赔申请可通过AI实现即时处理。客户还可通过捆绑多项保险产品、安装安全设备或选择按年付款等方式享受额外折扣。
Lemonade租客保险业务负责人丹·蒂姆西特表示，租客理应获得便捷的保险体验，公司通过简化流程、即时理赔和具有竞争力的价格，将这一服务带到内布拉斯加。
Lemonade目前在美国、英国及欧洲市场拥有超过300万活跃客户，提供租客险、家财险、宠物险、车险及人寿险等产品，并获得B型企业认证。
