消息面上，近日，迅策科技发布公告，宣布其与洪泰基金的控股公司青岛鑫辰科创实业有限公司签署战略合作备忘录。此次双方强强联合，共同为洪泰基金及其被投企业提供基于TokenOS等平台的Token化深度赋能服务，联合拓展垂直场景Token商业化等解决方案。此举意味着，迅策科技的TokenOS操作系统在私募股权投资领域首次实现了落地。
值得一提的是，双方依托迅策科技TokenOS等AI数据基础设施与AI应用全链路数据服务能力，结合洪泰基金在投资领域积累的海量投研数据与行业洞察，联合开展投研、投后管理等场景的数据汇聚、清洗、标注及治理，共建高质量行业数据集。在此基础上，双方共同研发定制化垂类小模型及智能体的研发、训练与调优，并探索Token按量付费商业模式，推动从数据资源到AI能力再到商业回报的全链路闭环。
