【大河财立方消息】7月21日午后，港股大模型双雄持续拉升，截至发稿，智谱涨超41％，MINIMAX涨超16%。
消息面上，近日，智谱已落地1GW级国产AI算力数据中心建设，并全部采用国产AI芯片。同时，智谱也于7月21日正式完成对国产AI异构算力软件公司中科加禾的收购。后者源自中国科学院计算所编译实验室，长期深耕异构算力软件栈及编译优化，被业内视为国内顶尖AIInfra团队之一。
有分析表示，智谱落地1GW全国产芯片数据中心具备双重战略价值。短期层面，面对美国商务部将公司列入实体清单的压力，智谱通过自建算力中心，摆脱对外购海外芯片算力的依赖，支撑GLM系列大模型持续迭代；长期维度，项目验证国产芯片万卡集群稳定运行能力，完善软硬件适配生态，为行业提供可复制的国产化算力建设范本。
