消息面上，7月20日，重塑能源发布公告，作为本公司董事会主席、执行董事兼首席执行官林琦先生对本集团的长远价值及前景充满信心，并支持本集团持续、稳定及健康发展，林先生已签订自愿承诺。
据此，林先生承诺将自本公告日期起至2028年3月31日止(包括首尾两日)期间内，不会出售、质押或以其他类似方式处置本人直接实益拥有的本公司1183.43万股的H股股份。相关H股是林先生于本公告日期直接拥有的本公司全部股份(不包含根据本公司于2024年1月21日采纳并于2025年11月6日修订的购股权计划授予彼的期权中的任何权益)。
