消息面上，2026年ASCO大会上，同源康医药以LBA口头报告的形式，公布了艾多替尼(TY-9591)用于EGFR突变非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脑转移患者一线治疗的ESAONA研究期中分析结果。国海证券指出，艾多替尼在NSCLC脑转移患者中头对头击败奥希替尼，预计将于2026年第三季度上市。
西南证券此前发布研报称，公司核心产品TY9591是全球唯一与奥希替尼头对头试验的三代EGFR-TKI。TY9591亦布局EGFR L858R突变和晚期NSCLC联合化疗1L治疗，适应症拓展至非脑转移领域。中性预测TY9591销售峰值可超50亿元。预计未来三年公司营收主要由TY9591贡献。
