Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991, HKG:0991) raised 2 billion yuan from issuing 270-day bonds with a coupon rate of 1.40%.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt and supplement working capital, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the power company were down 1% in recent trade.
