更新版 1-印尼将于7月23日发行70亿元人民币熊猫债新增细节

印尼财长普尔巴亚周二表示，印尼将于7月23日发行以人民币计价的债券（即
熊猫债），预计将筹集10亿美元。
普尔巴亚在新闻发布会上向记者表示，政府已指定中国银行 601988.SS 担任此次发行的牵头承销商和牵头簿记管理人。
普尔巴亚称，中国评级机构联合评级已给予印尼首期熊猫债AAA/稳定评级。
“这是一个新市场，尽管认购需求可能非常高，但我们将发行规模上限设定为10亿美元。如有必要，我们将发行更大规模的债券，”普尔巴亚表示。
据路透查阅的承销授权书显示，中金公司
601995.SS 、中信证券 600030.SS 、星展银行中国 DBSM.SI 及中国工商银行 601398.SS 已被委任为联合主承销商和联合簿记管理人。
本次交易将视市场情况而定。
根据文件显示，印尼获得穆迪“Baa2”评级，标普全球和惠誉评级均给予“BBB”评级。此外，该国还获得了中国联合评级授予的“AAA”境内评级。
据路透看到的另一份发行文件显示，此次主权债券发行将包括50亿元人民币（7.3907亿美元）的三年期部分和20亿元人民币（2.9563亿美元）的五年期部分。
该文件显示，簿记建档期定于7月23日，交割日为7月30日。
熊猫债是指外国发行人在中国大陆发行的人民币债券。
