北极星电力市场网获悉，7月21日，国网新能源云公示黑龙江2027年机制电价统一竞价项目竞价出清结果：机制电量规模6412536005千瓦时，机制电价水平0.2845元/千瓦时，项目35个，均为风电项目。

据悉，2025年11月24日，黑龙江省2025~2026年机制电价竞价结果公布，出清电价为0.228111元/千瓦时，此次出清电价较之前提高24.72%。
