Replenish Nutrients获SRC 1500万加元战略投资，自有产能将提升五倍

　　再生农业肥料公司Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp．周一宣布，已与SRC Agrominerals达成一项1500万加元的战略投资协议。该投资将用于在艾伯塔省Beiseker现有厂区新建一座年产能15万吨的颗粒化生产设施，预计将使公司的自有产能从目前的3.6万吨提升至18.6万吨，增长超过五倍。

　　根据协议，SRC将以每股0.15加元认购5000万股单位，获得Replenish 19.9%的非稀释股权，并拥有两个董事会席位。SRC首席执行官Tim Close将加入董事会，他曾担任Ag Growth International首席执行官十年，期间公司收入增长了五倍。此外，SRC还将提供750万加元的高级担保可转换债券，年利率10%，转换价格为每股0.225加元。

　　作为交易的一部分，双方签署了为期十年的碳atite供应协议，确保Replenish获得用于生产再生肥料的关键矿物原料，其产品已获有机认证。Replenish首席执行官Neil Wiens表示：“SRC的投资为我们的Beiseker扩产提供了资金，供应协议则保障了关键原料，他们带来的运营和资本市场经验将成为公司规模化发展的重要助力。”

　　目前，Replenish拥有Beiseker造粒厂（年产2.4万吨）和 colony颗粒厂（年产1.2万吨）两处自有设施，此外还通过明尼苏达州和艾伯塔省的授权协议拥有11万吨的许可产能。新设施预计于2028年第一季度完工。
