智通财经APP讯，亲亲食品(01583)发布公告，本集团预期将于截至2026年6月30日止6个月取得收入约为人民币4.85亿元，相比截至2025年6月30日止6个月约人民币5.3亿元的收入，减少约人民币4500万元，或约8%。本集团亦预期报告期间将取得本公司股东应占利润约人民币400万元至人民币600万元之间，相比截至2025年6月30日止6个月约为人民币2200万元本公司股东应占利润，减少约人民币1600万元至人民币1800万元，或约73%至82%。
预期收入及本公司股东应占利润的下降主要由于传统实体零售业消费放缓导致传统销售渠道的销售减少，部分被休闲食品连锁渠道销售增加及OEM代工制造业务增长所抵销;果冻产品及米酒产品销售量下降，导致本公司生产设施的利用率及规模经济效益降低，进而使毛利减少约人民币2200万元，及毛利率下降约2个百分点。
