Einride (ENRD) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire EV charging and energy management software company Flipturn in a $38.4 million all-stock deal, expanding its electric freight technology platform.
The deal will add more than 250 megawatts of charging capacity and over double Einride's energy under management, strengthening its charging optimization capabilities.
The transaction, expected to close this month, also includes potential earnout payments tied to milestone achievements.
