Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's (CM) Innovation Banking business said Tuesday that it has provided Modo Energy with a $17 million growth funding package to invest in the platform and expand sales and marketing operations.
The latest funding brings the total amount raised by Modo Energy to $52 million, the division said.
Shares of Canadian Imperial were up 2% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
