路透奥斯陆7月21日 - 挪威主权财富基金（全球规模最大的主权财富基金）周二表示，其“理解”房地产集团普洛洛吉斯（Prologis）PLD.N 与塞格罗（Segro）SGRO.L 合并的“战略考量”。
英国Segro公司周一拒绝了普洛洛吉斯（(link)）提出的135亿英镑（181亿美元）收购要约，双方对峙局面由此升级。与此同时，这家美国仓储巨头敦促竞争对手的股东施压董事会，要求其同意该交易。
“我们认为该提议值得考虑，并鼓励Segro和普洛洛吉斯两家公司的董事会展开建设性讨论，探讨能否以对两家公司及其股东均有益的条款达成交易，”挪威银行投资管理公司表示。
该基金规模达2.3万亿美元，持有普洛洛吉斯1.3%的股份和塞格罗8.3%的股份，并补充称，一旦完整条款公布，将根据具体情况评估任何正式提案。
