智通财经APP讯，登辉控股(01692)发布公告，集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止六个月将取得的未经审核公司拥有人应占溢利约为1890万港元，对比截至2025年6月30日止六个月的未经审核公司拥有人应占溢利约3010万港元，减少约为1120万港元或约37.1%。董事会认为期内未经审核公司拥有人应占溢利减少主要是由于(i)集团收益减少;(ii)持续的地缘政治紧张局势致使集团直接原材料成本大幅增加，惟被集团直接劳工成本及间接成本减少所抵销;(iii)由截至2025年6月30日止六个月的汇兑收益转为期内的汇兑亏损，主要由于人民币兑美元升值所致;(iv)由截至2025年6月30日止六个月的贸易应收款项减值拨回净额转为期内的贸易应收款项减值净额。
