【紫光股份：拟申请不超过85.23亿元并购贷款置换存量银团贷款】紫光股份7月21日公告，公司全资子公司紫光国际拟向银行申请不超过人民币85.23亿元并购贷款，用于置换收购新华三30%股权形成的存量银团贷款余额。本次并购贷款期限不超过6年且贷款最终到期日不晚于2031年8月28日，紫光国际将以其持有的部分新华三股权和专项银行账户进行质押，同时公司将根据本次贷款银行的需要出具相关安慰函。待现有并购贷款全部结清后，公司及紫光国际为现有并购贷款提供的相关担保将予以解除。
