智通财经APP获悉，煤炭股逆市上扬，截至发稿，兖煤澳大利亚(03668)涨5.49%，涨33.64港元；兖矿能源(01171)涨4.48%，涨12.13港元；中煤能源(01898)涨3.03%，报10.88港元；中国神华(01088)涨1.95%，报43.98港元。
消息面上，《山西省统筹煤炭行业发展和安全新规十七条》即将发布，拟彻底清理取缔隐蔽工作面，严禁煤矿企业以任何形式使用或变相使用井下劳务派遣用工。此外，7月中旬后，三伏天正式开启，迎峰度夏旺季来临，动力煤需求预期改善。值得关注的是，美伊战争持续，特朗普表示美国很快将对伊朗地下设施发动打击，与此同时，胡塞武装7月20日正式宣布对沙特实施海上封锁，霍尔木兹海峡与曼德海峡面临封锁风险。
山西证券发布研报称，电煤价格进入合理区间，供应克制，旺季煤价具备支撑。淡旺季切换，迎峰度夏煤炭股交易重心或逐步从炼焦煤转向动力煤或煤电一体。中报季市场交易风格侧重业绩，煤炭股经历调整后具备修复基础。方正证券认为，煤炭公用逆势显韧性，修复行情有望深化。该行指，煤炭的替代需求增长，煤炭供需格局改善，煤价弹性较强的企业有望率先受益。
