Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical (SHA:688506) enrolled its first patient for the phase III clinical trial of loncastuximab/izabren, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The drug is being tested as a treatment for unresectable locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic HR+/HER2− breast cancer whose disease has progressed following endocrine therapy.
The Chinese pharmaceutical company's shares fell 4% during the morning trade.
