智通财经APP获悉，马可数字科技(01942)今日放量冲高，早盘一度飙涨超57%，午后涨幅显著收窄，截至发稿，涨25.61%，报0.103港元，成交额1331.03万港元。
消息面上，马可数字科技午间公告，预期集团截至2026年5月31日止五个月取得公司拥有人应占未经审核综合净亏损不少于约3000万元，因此，预期今年上半年将取得公司拥有人应占净亏损，而去年同期公司拥有人应占纯利约190万元。
公司表示，预期亏损主要由于集团收入及毛利大幅减少所致，主要归因于中国市场竞争激烈导致数字化支付方案相关业务分部收入大幅减少，融资服务业务资金不足以向客户提供营运资金流动性以及采购回扣减少导致光学产品零售、特许经营及许可管理分部的毛利减少所致。
