金吾财讯 | 据港交所2026年7月24日文件，安联国际控股有限公司向港交所创业板递交上市申请，独家保荐人为创升融资，此前曾于2025年5月递表港股。公司为香港综合保安服务商，主营保安护卫、电子保安两大业务，服于务机场基建、物业、电讯等行业客户，依托机场三跑道项目树立行业口碑。2026年，公司与广州慧仑成立安联慧仑（间接非全资附属公司），负责研究、开发及商业化机器人与自动化解决方案。股权方面，方俊杰、林永瑜分别通过Fong1119、HFTT持股，二者及对应平台为控股股东。财务方面，2024、2025财年收入分别为1.39亿港元（单位下同）、1.88亿；年内利润1740.5万、2256.7万；期内经营活动所得现金净额分别对应442.3万、1900.3万；年末现金及现金等价物为63.8万、1337.1万。本次募资拟用于拓展保安服务业务、提升营销能力、搭建智能监控中心、研发保安机器人及补充日常营运资金。
