Vertiv to Expand Italy Manufacturing Capacity for Data Center Cooling Systems

Vertiv (VRT) plans to expand manufacturing and integrated testing capacity for data center cooling systems at its Tognana, Italy, campus to meet rising demand for AI and high-density computing infrastructure.
The investment is expected to double chiller production capacity by the end of 2026, with a new large-scale testing laboratory scheduled to open in early 2027, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
Vertiv did not disclose the size of the investment.
