英国统计监管机构办公室（OSR）7月22日表示，在开展调查后，英国国家医疗服务体系（NHS England）已同意在其官方网站主页面就Palantir公司软件的有效性声明添加一项关键限定语，承认现有数据无法证明该软件的有效性。

　　监管机构同时敦促NHS England确保有关Palantir软件益处的沟通“清晰且恰当地标注”，并期望其加强统计团队的作用，确保部长级官员或官方简报中引用的相关数据“以清晰、准确的方式传达”。

　　此次调查涉及NHS England此前广泛引用的声明，即使用Palantir联邦数据平台（FDP）的医院已额外完成11万例手术，出院延迟率降低15%。据报道，NHS England已在近期悄悄为上述声明添加了限定语，在其方法说明页面中承认“无法就因果关系得出结论，因为其他变量尚未得到控制”。OSR表示，NHS England现已同意在其网站和公共沟通中更加显著地展示这一限定说明。

　　此外，自英国统计监管机构6月底启动调查以来，多家医院已承认在出院延迟声明的数据方面存在错误。NHS England约三年前授予Palantir的价值3.3亿英镑合同，也因该公司与美国国防领域的关联而日益引发争议，新政府将面临对该合同未来走向的早期决策。
