Vertiv Holdings (VRT) acquired Strategic Thermal Labs, which offers advanced liquid cooling and thermal engineering solutions, Brown Gibbons Lang, the financial adviser to Strategic Thermal Labs, said Monday in a statement.
The acquisition price wasn't disclosed.
