美国国务卿鲁比奥在菲律宾出席东盟会议时表示，伊朗“麻烦很大”，美国正在打击被用于对全球航运发动袭击的区域。

　　“伊朗麻烦很大，他们面临恶性通胀、通胀失控和食品价格高企，军事基础设施也遭受了巨大破坏，”鲁比奥表示。

　　他还表示：“美国正在保护航运，并打击那些对船只发动袭击的地点，这是我们的重点。”
