TS Financial's (TPE:2887) subsidiary will acquire real estate property rights and urban renewal interests from Shinkong Insurance for NT$2.76 billion, according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The assets relate to an urban renewal rights transformation plan covering 12 land plots.
The assets are for self-use and to proceed with subsequent urban renewal and reconstruction work.
